An Exciting Opportunity to Lead the Environment Agency Wessex MEICA Framework
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead the delivery of a long-term Environment Agency framework across the Wessex region, covering Bristol, Somerset, Wiltshire and Dorset.
This is a key leadership role responsible for managing a team planning and undertaking MEICA activities, including minor projects, planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a diverse portfolio of Environment Agency assets. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining and developing an established client relationship while ensuring the safe, efficient and commercially successful delivery of framework activities.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, the role is primarily based from the office in Highbridge with regular travel to sites across the Wessex region.
About the Business Unit
Our specialist MEICA team delivers a broad range of maintenance, repair, upgrade and project works across Environment Agency assets throughout the region. Activities include the maintenance and improvement of pumping systems, moving structures, electrical and mechanical plant, control panels, PLC and SCADA systems, flood defence infrastructure and associated assets.
Working within an established framework environment, the team delivers planned and reactive works, minor capital projects and asset improvement schemes, ensuring critical infrastructure continues to operate safely and effectively.
