  • Contractor Coordination: Manage compliance and coordination of Client appointed Contractors and statutory authorities, fulfilling CDM obligations.
  • Subcontractor Management: Control subcontract resources to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency and hold regular meetings as necessary.
  • Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement and best practice among teams.
  • SHEQ Inspections: Maintain project-specific SHEQ inspections and documentation.
  • Site Engagement: Conduct regular site inspections to involve both direct employees and subcontractors.
  • Communication of Company Initiatives: Effectively communicate and implement company directives, arranging briefings and workshops as needed.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while monitoring costs and updating the project Cost Plan collaboratively with the Commercial representative.
  • Change Management: Identify and manage changes to contracts, documenting variations appropriately.
  • Management Reporting: Provide formal reports on contract progress to the Senior Management Team.
  • Issue Management: Escalate unresolved issues to the Senior Management Team when necessary.
  • Business Development: Proactively promote the company’s capabilities and identify business development opportunities, communicating them to relevant stakeholders.
  • Documentation Preparation: Prepare early warning and change instruction documentation efficiently.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
